Waiver Agreement

I agree that i freely accept and fully assume all risks, dangers & hazards associated with the use of the premises and equipment. I am aware that golfing involves many risks, dangers and hazards including, but not limited to slips and falls, covid-19, failure to act safely or within one’s own ability or to stay within designated areas, negligence of other persons, and negligence on the part of the releasees (“releaseees includes the drew tc llc, a michigan limited liability company and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and contractors). I understand that negligence includes failure on the part of the releasees to take reasonable steps to safeguard or protect me from the risks, dangers and hazards referred to above.

Waiver Agreement

I accept full responsibility for the care of any equipment that i use and i agree to pay for any damage to the premises and equipment and replace at full retail value.

Release of liability, waiver of claims and indemnity agreement

Waiver Agreement

In consideration of the releasees permitting my use of the premises and equipment, i hereby agree as follows: to hold harmless, defend and indemnify the releasees from any and all liability for any damage to or loss of property of or personal injury to any third party; this release agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity. In the event that i am completing this waiver for my child, the above holds true.
